A.D.A Construction Consultants Ltd provide Asset Management Services to both the Public and Private Sectors.  Fundamental to our approach is a culture of listening to our Client’s and thoroughly understanding their assets and requirements at an early stage.  This approach allows us to review our strategy and focus on delivering efficiency savings, reducing annual maintenance costs, taking advantage of new technologies & techniques and maximising value for money.

We aim to deliver effective Asset Management through comprehensive planning, surveying and whole life cost modelling alongside working with fellow designers, specialist suppliers and utilising the Contractor’s supply chain and expertise.  Using these techniques, we develop an effective Asset Management Plan to meet our Client’s financial planning requirements and provide an effective solution for the operation, maintenance, upgrading and disposal of their assets.
