We aim to provide assurance for successful project delivery through our transparent and collaborative approach by working with all project stakeholders to reduce and manage risk, identify key objectives at an early stage and maximise value.

Our Project Management/Employer’s Agent Service includes

  • Development of the Client’s Brief

  • Advising & Managing appointments of Design Consultant’s & Contractor’s

  • Preparing the Employer’s Requirements & Contract Documentation

  • Implementing & Managing the Risk Register and Project Execution Plan

  • Single Point of Contact throughout the Construction Phase

  • Monitoring the performance of the Design Team and Contractor

  • Managing the Handover Process & Defect’s Liability Period
